Additionally, you will be involved in inventory reporting, machine maintenance, clinical protocols adherence, patient care, and hygiene maintenance of the center. Your role will also include training and mentoring junior technical staff, escalating critical issues to the management, collaborating with the Quality team and Nephrologists on clinical matters, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
