Deputy CMO

Role Overview: As a Deputy Chief Medical Officer at Pravaayu Healthcare in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CMO & Founder to ensure high-quality patient care, standardize clinical protocols, and engage doctors across our clinics. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic planning with day-to-day operations, directly impacting patient experience and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee clinical quality & patient safety - Lead, mentor & engage doctors, therapists & paramedical staff - Standardize medical protocols & ensure compliance - Support doctor hiring, onboarding & retention strategies - Organize training, CMEs & workshops for clinical teams - Collaborate with Ops & HR for seamless patient experience - Work with leadership on new clinical projects & expansions - Track & report outcomes, performance, and therapy success rates Qualifications Required: - BAMS (MD preferred), Healthcare Management qualification a plus - 8-12 years in clinical operations & healthcare management (10-15 years in leadership roles) - Strong understanding of Ayurveda / Integrative Healthcare - Excellent leadership, people management & problem-solving skills - High focus on quality, patient care & operational efficiency In addition to the challenging role, Pravaayu Healthcare offers a leadership opportunity in a fast-growing healthcare brand.
