Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Podar Education Network located in Nellore. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in clinical psychology and will play a vital role in supporting our students' mental health and well-being. Qualifications And Skills An M.Sc. in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology (Mandatory skill). Proven experience in mental health screening, with the ability to identify and evaluate emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties. Effective report writing skills, demonstrated through detailed documentation and the ability to communicate findings to educators and parents. Ability to provide patient counseling, encouraging open communication and holistic mental health improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with children and their families. Understanding child and adolescent cognitive and emotional development to support the educational environment. Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices to maintain privacy and trust. Willingness to collaborate with educational personnel to enhance student support services. Roles And Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and screenings to evaluate students' psychological conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students' mental health challenges. Collaborate with educators and parents to provide holistic care and interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultations and progress notes. Provide one-on-one counseling to students to address their psychological needs. Facilitate workshops and training for staff on mental health issues and coping strategies. Advocate for students' psychological health and well-being within the educational environment.
