Key Responsibilities:-

Clinical Review & Verification

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness.
• Identify drug interactions, allergies, duplications, and contraindications.
• Ensure all medication processes meet US pharmacy standards and compliance rules.

Patient & Provider Coordination

• Communicate with US healthcare providers for clarifications, refill approvals, and therapy adjustments.
• Provide medication-related guidance when required.

Pharmacy Operations

• Check insurance coverage, prior authorization needs, and formulary guidelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in all patient records.

Compliance & Quality

• Adhere to HIPAA, US pharmacy regulations, and medication safety guidelines.
• Identify and escalate medication discrepancies or errors.
• Support audits, QA activities, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent pharmacy degree.

• 0–5 years of experience.

• Strong analytical, clinical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
• Proficiency with computers.
