Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated young Doctor who is Clinical Partnership Manager/ Clinical Sales Specialist to build and manage strong relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare institutions. The goal of this role is to educate doctors about the Progen diet protocol and encourage them to recommend and prescribe Progen’s programs to suitable patients. This is a field-interaction role ideal for a fresh doctor who enjoys meeting clinicians, explaining medical concepts, and building professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

● Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare centers in the assigned region.

● Explain the clinical benefits, medical rationale and safety profile of the Progen diet to doctors.

● Conduct scientific presentations and one-on-one discussions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

● Build strong partnerships with physicians, diabetologists, endocrinologists, bariatric doctors and GPs.

● Ensure doctors understand patient selection criteria and the therapeutic outcomes of Progen programs.

● Address doctor queries related to nutrition science, medical suitability, contraindications, and patient management.

● Support doctors during initial patient onboarding and follow-ups (as required).

● Track doctor interactions, maintain visit logs, and share field insights with the marketing team.

● Meet monthly KPIs related to doctor onboarding, prescription generation and partnership expansion.

Qualifications

● MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BDS / MD (Freshers Welcome)

● Passion for preventive healthcare, nutrition and weight management

● Strong communication and clinical explanation skills

● Willingness to travel for field visits

● Ability to build rapport with doctors and present scientific reasoning confidently

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
