We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at Progen Weight Management . The role involves making outbound calls to hospitals to schedule appointments for our sales representatives, as well as reaching out to potential clients to set up consultations with our dieticians. The telecaller is expected to report in the office from 10 am to 6 pm daily at our Indranagar Office Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to hospitals and clinics to book appointments for our sales representatives to meet with doctors. Call leads and prospects to schedule consultations with our in-house dieticians. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up appointments in the CRM system. Answer inquiries professionally and provide information about our weight management programs. Coordinate closely with the sales and nutrition teams to ensure all appointments are efficiently scheduled. Follow up with leads and clients as required. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written). Confident and persuasive phone manner. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
