Job Description

Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using clinical data management systems and electronic data capture (EDC) tools. Solid understanding of database design, data coding, and data validation techniques. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using statistical software, such as SAS or R, for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Familiarity with clinical data standards, such as CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium), is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
