Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Hospital Information System (HIS) platforms and EMR software
Extract structured and unstructured data from EMRs, LIS, PACS, and billing platforms
Combine clinical data (lab reports, physician notes, imaging) and administrative records to produce meaningful insights
Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries for clinical, operational, and quality use
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in care quality, efficiency, and compliance
Integrate scanned (hard) and digital (soft) medical records into a unified system
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth data flow
Support NABH/JCI audit, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
Assist with digital transformation and hospital automation projects

Skills & Qualifications:

MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS, and a Masters in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience with EMR/HIS systems (e.g., Meditech, Cerner, eClinicalWorks)
Familiarity with LIS, PACS, billing systems, and document management tools
Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau preferred
Understanding of ICD-10/CPT codes, medical documentation, and hospital workflows
Prior experience in a tertiary care or super-specialty hospital is preferred

Desirable:

Exposure to NABH or JCI accreditation processes
Experience with HIS integration or healthcare IT transformation projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
