Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct hearing evaluations including Pure Tone Audiometry, Tympanometry, Speech Audiometry, and OAE/BERA testing. Diagnose hearing and balance disorders and explain results to patients clearly. Recommend and fit hearing aids and assist patients during trial and follow-up sessions. Provide counseling to patients and families on hearing loss and rehabilitation. Maintain patient records accurately and professionally. Coordinate with ENT doctors, technicians, and clinic staff. Participate in camp activities and community awareness programs, if required. Required QualificationsBASLP / MASLP / DHLS (Degree or Diploma in Audiology) RCI Registration (Preferred but not mandatory depending on rules) Knowledge of audiological test procedures and hearing aid fitting software. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Key SkillsPatient Counseling Hearing Aid Programming & Fitting Clinical Assessment & Documentation Empathy and Professionalism
