Qualification

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to travel to hospitals, labs, or clinical sites as required

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical application support for medical devices, diagnostic systems, or clinical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training for clinicians and healthcare staff
• Support clinical evaluations, trials, and validation activities
• Assist healthcare professionals in optimizing product usage for accurate and efficient outcomes
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with technical or service teams
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation, training materials, and usage reports
• Act as a key clinical interface between internal teams and end users

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a clinical application, product training, or clinical support role
• Hands-on exposure to hospital, diagnostic, or laboratory environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex clinical information in a simple, practical manner
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced clinical settings

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
