Good To have:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external contacts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and or electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Friendly and empathetic attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
