🎯 Overvie

wWe are looking for a professional and compassionate individual to be the first point of contact for our homeopathic clinic. This dual role manages the front office operations and, after training, assists with the correct dispensing of homeopathic remedies to patients

🔑 Core Responsibilitie

sI. Clinic & Patient Administratio

nReception Management: Greet patients warmly, manage the waiting area, and ensure a smooth flow of clinic operations

Scheduling: Handle all appointment booking, confirmations, cancellations, and manage the practitioners' schedules efficiently

Communication: Answer multi-line phones, respond to voicemails and emails, and direct general inquiries

Walk-in & Intake: Manage walk-in patients, register new clients, and process patient payments/billing

Organization: Maintain patient files, ensure the reception area is tidy, and manage office supplies

II. Remedy Dispensing Suppor

tDispensing (Training Provided): Accurately prepare and hand over prescribed homeopathic remedies according to specific protocols and practitioner instructions

Patient Education: Clearly explain dosage instructions and storage requirements to patients upon dispensing

Inventory: Assist in monitoring and managing the stock of homeopathic remedies, noting low inventory

Accuracy: Maintain strict cleanliness and accuracy in the dispensing process and record keeping

🌟 Qualifications & Skill

sPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a clinical setting

Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications

A compassionate, discreet, and professional manner, with an absolute commitment to patient confidentiality

A positive interest in holistic health or natural medicine is highly desirable
