Job Position: Clinic Operations Medical Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online and offline medical research, prepare evidence-based summaries, and support clinical decision-making.
Oversee day-to-day clinic workflow and support staff and healthcare professionals with scheduling, coordination, and basic operational tasks.
Assist front office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient follow-up tracking, and handling basic non-clinical queries.
Perform accurate data entry and data cleaning, and ensure timely updating of clinical and research databases.
Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to develop reports, trackers, and presentations for internal review and management.
Prepare clear and structured documentation, maintain operational checklists, and support basic quality checks and process audits.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors degree in Science; preference for candidates with Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry background.
0 - 1 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, lab, or research/healthcare setting (internships can be considered).
Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with digital tools and software platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and patient-centric approach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage clinical coordination, research, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
