Clinic Manager (Female)

You should be a graduate with a minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in Dermatology, Beauty, Wellness, Nutrition, or Food Science. Possessing excellent communication and leadership skills is a must. You should have experience working in groups and managing teams effectively. As the Centre Head, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all Administrative, Operational, and Technical aspects to ensure the smooth execution of clinic procedures. You will be expected to take initiatives to boost sales through various strategies like enhancing brand image, patient counseling, up-selling, and motivating the staff continuously. Your role also includes maximizing customer satisfaction by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and consistently improving service quality while enhancing the skills of the team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This position is full-time and based in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.
