Job Description

Overseeing daily operations and managing clinic staff.
Need to convert potential client into sales who have done inquiry.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
Developing, implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures
Coordinating and managing staff schedules and patient appointments
Providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
Overseeing inventory, including ordering and managing clinic supplies and products
Managing financial operations including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
Implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Collaborating with medical professionals to ensure quality patient care and services
Handling any clinical complaints or issues in a professional manner
Providing training to new staff and organizing professional development activities for existing staff

Clinic Manager Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.
* Master's degree in a related field preferred.* Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.* Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
