Derma Magnetica Ajmer is dedicated to offering advanced aesthetic solutions with a patient-centric approach, backed by state-of-the-art technology and highly skilled medical professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Clinic Management (60%):** - **Operational Oversight:** Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility maintenance. - **Team Leadership:** Supervise and motivate clinic staff to ensure high standards of patient care and productivity. - **Financial Management:** Oversee billing, collections, and contribute to budget planning. - **Compliance & Quality Assurance:** Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, hygiene standards, and patient confidentiality. - **Inventory & Procurement:** Manage stock levels, coordinate procurement processes, and build relationships with vendors. - **Reporting:** Generate reports on clinic performance, patient statistics, and financial metrics. - **Marketing & Business Development Support:** Collaborate on promotional activities and strategies to attract and retain patients. - **Patient Counseling (40%):** - **Patient Consultation:** Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their concerns and medical history. - **Treatment Education:** Provide clear information about procedures, benefits, risks, and post-treatment care. - **Treatment Plan Presentation:** Present treatment plans and costs, addressing patient queries with empathy. - **Patient Support & Follow-up:** Offer ongoing emotional support and ensure patient satisfaction throughout their journey. - **Building Rapport:** Develop strong relationships with patients for a positive experience. - **Confidentiality:** Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times. **Qualifications:** - 3-5 years experience in clinic management within dermatology or aesthetic clinics. - Experience in patient counseling in a clinical setting, preferably in the cosmetic industry. - Knowledge of dermatology, laser treatments, and hair transplant procedures. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office. - Problem-solving attitude and ability to make sound decisions. - Fluency in Hindi and English, additional regional languages a plus.
