Client Technical Integration Manager

In this role at Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS), as the Client Technical Integration Manager, you will be part of the Technical Integration Group, working closely with top-tier clients to integrate their ERP/TMS systems with Citis Cash Management, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance, and Commercial Card applications. Your main objective will be to deliver Client Solutions on time and to spec, ensuring an exceptional client experience through effective communication, superior product knowledge, and Project Management discipline. You will handle a varied workload and prioritize effectively in a multi-client, multi-project organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of electronic banking projects on a day-to-day basis. - Ensure projects meet ISO Quality Standards and Audit criteria. - Build strong external client relationships and internal partnerships. - Contribute to process re-engineering activities for quality and efficiency improvements.
