Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Officer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on handling client queries, supporting service coordination, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the client journey. You will play a key role in delivering a positive client experience and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients to share information and address queries related to couple counselling services.
  • Clearly explain counseling options, session formats, and pricing details.
  • Assist clients in scheduling counseling sessions and coordinating appointments with therapists.
  • Maintain warm, empathetic, and professional communication with clients.
  • Encourage clients to take the next step, such as registering for webinars or booking consultations.
  • Follow up with webinar registrants through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and appointments to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Respond to client concerns promptly and provide clear guidance.
  • Support in building long-term and meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • B.Sc. degree is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Work Timings

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • One Sunday working per month with a compensatory off
  • Work from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (HSR Layout)
  • Compensation: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
