Location: Dehradun Shift: Day Shift Only Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off + All Sundays Off) Job Description: Serve as the main point of contact for client interactions, ensuring prompt and efficient communication. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups. Understand client requirements and ensure their expectations are met consistently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support. Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain records of client communications and prepare reports as required. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
