Job Description

As a Client Strategy Manager at our company, your role is crucial in bridging client needs with agency capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will involve decoding client briefs, crafting strategic storylines, and leading the development of compelling pitches to secure new business. Working closely with cross-functional teams including creative, media, strategy, and account management, you will deliver integrated digital marketing solutions that align with clients" objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Business Directors and Account Leads to interpret client briefs effectively. - Develop strategic storylines that establish connections between client challenges and agency solutions. - Lead the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses with a focus on clarity, creativity, and impact. - Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to design integrated marketing solutions spanning various channels such as Paid Media, SEO, Social, Content, and Video. - Present solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders, adapting storytelling to suit different audience levels. - Ensure timely delivery of pitches within budget constraints and meeting client KPIs. - Support business development efforts with market insights, competitor research, and industry best practices. - Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, contributing to campaign shaping from brief to execution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client solutions (agency experience preferred). - Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex briefs into clear, persuasive narratives. - Proven experience in building and delivering successful pitches (RFPs, proposals, presentations). - Knowledge of various digital channels such as Paid Social, SEO, SEM, Influencer, Content, and Programmatic. - Excellent collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively under tight timelines. - Commercially minded individual capable of balancing creativity, strategy, and ROI considerations.,
