Client Specialist

You will be joining Wipro HR Services India Pvt Ltd. as a Client Specialist for the Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Process. Your role will involve providing client support through calls, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels, and building client & domain knowledge to deliver resolutions in the first conversation. You will also be responsible for adhering to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining internal service attendance & accountability policies, executing issue/query & client level delivery quality on calls, and ensuring proper documentation & follow-up on customer resolutions. Additionally, you will be expected to identify, share, and support operational improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide client support through calls - Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels - Build client & domain knowledge for first conversation resolutions - Adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Maintain Internal Service Attendance & Accountability policies - Execute issue/query & client level delivery quality on calls - Ensure proper documentation & follow-up on customer resolutions - Identify, share, and support operational improvements **Qualifications:** - Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc & BSc IT, MBA(Correspondence mode) (Except Stats, Math's Hons & Eco Hons) - B.Tech. with min 6 months of experience in BPO/KPO - Regular MBA, M.Com, MA with min 6 months of experience in BPO/KPO (Except MCA and MSC) - Undergraduates/ pursuing graduation are NOT eligible As a Client Specialist, you are expected to be a graduate with the specified qualifications and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be willing to work in night shifts with fixed offs on Saturday and Sunday. Proficiency in computer usage and basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel are also required for this role.
