Position: Client Servicing Executive / Manager – Food & Beverage

Location: Gurugram

Department: Client coordination and managing the staff
Reports To: General Manager / Director – Client Relations

Role Overview:

The Client Servicing professional acts as the bridge between the client and internal teams. The role ensures smooth communication, client satisfaction, and service delivery for F&B projects including restaurants, catering, events, and hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure service excellence.
  • Service Delivery & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, service, operations, logistics) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Manage client requirements for events, banquets, or corporate F&B services.
  • Ensure smooth execution of orders, catering setups, and hospitality events.
  • Account Management
  • Handle client accounts, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up on payments, invoices, and renewals.
  • Maintain client records, track service history, and monitor satisfaction levels.
  • Business Development Support
  • Upsell and cross-sell F&B products/services to existing clients.
  • Support the sales team in pitching to potential clients.
  • Collect feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Problem Resolution
  • Address client issues, complaints, and queries promptly.
  • Provide effective solutions to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex concerns to management as needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare client reports, MIS updates, and feedback analysis.
  • Track client servicing KPIs (satisfaction, retention, repeat business).
  • Share insights with management for process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing / key account management (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or events).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English & Hindi; additional languages preferred.

Client Servicing Executive → Client Servicing Manager → Key Account Manager → Head of Client Relations
