Job Description

As a Senior Executive - Client Servicing [Consultant] at Magnon, you will be a key player in managing and nurturing a global FMCG client. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional advertising solutions. Your deep understanding of the advertising industry, exceptional communication skills, and proven track record in managing key client accounts will be crucial for success in this position. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business objectives and marketing goals, and act as the main point of contact for them. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions, oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide strategic insights for optimization. Additionally, you will manage client budgets effectively, provide financial forecasts and reports, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend innovative advertising solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Act as the main point of contact for key clients - Work closely with internal teams to develop advertising solutions - Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments - Oversee end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns - Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights for optimization - Manage client budgets effectively and provide financial forecasts - Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients - Recommend innovative advertising solutions based on best practices - Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services - Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus) - Proven experience in key account management within the advertising industry - Experience in managing global clients or brands - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for strategic recommendations - Track record of growing accounts in terms of revenue and scope of work - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs In addition to the above responsibilities, please note that the KRA defined may be subject to change based on role evolution or individual performance.,
