Client Servicing Manager (PR) (Mumbai)

As a Public Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement PR strategies to achieve specific goals, such as increasing brand awareness and managing crises. You will craft PR campaigns and media relations plans tailored to the target audience and media outlets. Building and maintaining relationships with media representatives, responding to media inquiries, and managing media coverage will be crucial aspects of your role. You will write and distribute press releases, news articles, and other communication materials to effectively communicate client messages. Additionally, you will organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events to promote client messages and build relationships. Addressing public inquiries, complaints, and managing potential reputational risks will be essential to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. Monitoring media coverage, analyzing public sentiment, and providing reports to management will help identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with marketing and advertising teams to develop integrated communication campaigns and ensure consistent messaging will also be part of your responsibilities. Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing the client's public image and reputation through strategic communication. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in public relations and suggesting innovative strategies will be key to your success in this role.
