Client Servicing Manager (Email Campaigns)

As a Project Manager specialized in email and SMS marketing campaigns, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the tracking and execution of customer campaign deployment plans. Your responsibilities will include adapting delivery approaches to meet project objectives and client business drivers, establishing project communications and schedules, identifying and resolving project issues, and clarifying project objectives and success criteria. You will serve as the liaison between marketers and the execution team, acting as the Day-to-Day point of contact for projects for both internal and client stakeholders. In addition, you will be tasked with analyzing campaign performance, ensuring that Email & SMS deliverables adhere to industry best practices and brand compliance standards, overseeing work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery, and recommending measures to enhance work process methods for optimal work output quality. Your ability to comprehend problems and propose solutions aligned with the business strategy will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 6 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in email/SMS marketing or other channel deployment/campaign management. Proficiency in English written and oral communication is necessary, along with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and onshore stakeholders. A strong knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation, prior experience with clients from US/UK/APAC/EMEA regions, and familiarity with email marketing/database marketing tools are also required. Furthermore, you should possess expertise in reporting and analyzing campaign performance, strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to multitask within fast-paced environments, excellent relationship-building skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude. Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Excel, and MS Word is essential for this role.
