Job Overview: Fashion TV is looking for a Franchise Relations Executive to oversee and enhance relationships with F&B franchise partners, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand standards. The role focuses on supporting franchisees to meet business objectives and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees; build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships; provide ongoing support and operational guidance. Operational Support & Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards and local regulations; monitor inventory, quality control, and staffing for optimized performance. Training & Development: Organize training programs for franchisees and staff, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. Franchise Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance audits, track key metrics, and assist franchisees in meeting financial and operational targets.
