Client Servicing - FMCG (WFH)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and nurture client relationships in the FMCG sector. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between internal teams, managing projects from initiation to delivery, and preparing timely reports to track progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations to deliver high-quality service.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.

Communication & Coordination:

• Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication between clients and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments (creative, marketing, operations, sales) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address client queries and provide solutions proactively.

Project Management & Reporting:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Track and monitor project progress, identifying risks and addressing challenges.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, client feedback, and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
