Client Servicing Executive

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients: attend meetings, manage communications, build trust and rapport.
• Understand the client’s business, brand goals, user/customer needs, competitive environment and industry trends.
• Translate client objectives into creative briefs, campaign plans and execution timelines; ensure alignment with internal teams.
• Coordinate internal agency teams (strategy, creative, media, digital, production, accounts) to deliver work on time and within budget.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, approvals, deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present client-facing material: proposals, status reports, performance reviews, post-campaign analysis.
• Track campaign performance (where applicable), gather relevant data, insights and report back to client and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/solutions to the client.
• Ensure all client work is delivered in line with agency processes and quality expectations; manage client feedback and internal escalations.
• Maintain and update client documentation: interaction logs, briefs, amendments, budgets, results, archive.
• Stay abreast of advertising, digital marketing and media trends, and bring relevant ideas and innovation to clients and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,781.90 - ₹30,000.00 per month
