Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, preparing presentations, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The role emphasizes maintaining high customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and effectively coordinating between clients and internal teams to deliver top-quality results.

• Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to understand and address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional-level Presentations
• Customer Service expertise to handle inquiries and provide support
• Experience in Account Management to oversee and maintain client accounts efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant experience or qualifications in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus
