CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE (SOCIAL MEDIA)

As a part of Thoughtcom's team, you will be involved in operational activities related to brand, marketing, and internal communications for clients in India and abroad. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting senior client servicing team members in managing and growing client accounts - Coordinating with creative teams and vendors to execute tasks effectively - Researching platforms and competition to develop innovative ideas - Contributing to brainstorming sessions to enhance client value proposition - Updating trackers and reports as required - Participating in client meetings and preparing meeting minutes - Generating reports for monthly review meetings and campaign evaluations To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or any Communications discipline - Minimum 1 year of work experience in a client servicing role - Strong written and spoken English skills - Process-driven approach with excellent documentation and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word The compensation for this position is as per industry standards.
