· Manage the full project lifecycle—from enquiry to delivery and payment collection
· Meet assigned sales targets within given timelines
· Coordinate with internal teams including Factory, Design/Engineering, and Installation
· Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalate when required
· Respond to client enquiries and support customer retention efforts
· Handle first-level issues related to logistics, transport, or signage unloading
· Monitor installation and complaint data using internal tracker sheets, and follow up with all relevant teams to ensure timely completion and closure of pending issues.
· Suggest improvements to workflows that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
