Client Servicing Executive

As a Client Servicing Executive, your role will involve confidently handling client communication, taking project briefs, and working closely with the creative team for seamless project execution. Your strong presentation skills, professional communication, and leadership abilities during client interactions will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team. - Take detailed briefs from clients and effectively communicate requirements to the creative team. - Coordinate end-to-end project flow to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, production) for campaign execution. - Attend client meetings, presentations, and project discussions when required. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. - Take ownership of projects and lead discussions confidently. - Assist in ideation, brainstorming, and campaign planning with the creative team. Qualifications Required: - Female candidates only (as per role requirement). - MBA in Marketing preferred. - Fresher to 2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Marketing roles. - Excellent presentation skills are a must. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Smart, confident, and highly presentable. - Ability to handle clients professionally and manage multiple projects. - Strong coordination and follow-up skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with creative and internal teams. - Willingness to travel for client meetings.
