Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Service Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internally to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely communication. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive service. Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to expectations. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
