Client Servicing Executive (Mainline Advertising)

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive (Mainline and Agency experience preferred)

Location: Noida sector-132

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Salary: 30k-35k in hand per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Servicing Executive to join our mainline advertising team. You will act as the key liaison between clients and our creative and production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and has a passion for advertising and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

2. Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans for creative teams

3. Coordinate with internal departments (creative, design, production) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns

4. Assist in developing and presenting campaign proposals, timelines, and budgets

5. Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across print, OOH, and other mainline platforms

6. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates and proactive communication

7. Handle day-to-day operations, follow-ups, and documentation

8. Work on post-campaign reports and performance analysis

Key Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management in a mainline and advertising agency

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously

4. Understanding of print production and mainline advertising channels

5. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

6. A proactive and problem-solving attitude

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
