Job Summary: As a Client Servicing Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and our design team. Your main role is to manage client relationships, understand project requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution and delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between clients and the design/technical teams. - Understand client requirements and communicate project briefs clearly to the design team. - Schedule meetings, site visits, and design presentations. - Ensure timely communication and updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Address client feedback, concerns, or changes promptly and professionally. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed. - Maintain documentation of client interactions, approvals, and project milestones. - Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. - Follow up on payments and maintain client satisfaction post-project.
