Client Servicing Executive - Digital Agency

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Client Servicing Executive to join our Digital Agency. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project coordination from concept to execution. You will play a key part in developing integrated marketing plans and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Campaign Coordination:

  Coordinate digital projects and campaigns from their inception through to successful implementation, ensuring all stages run smoothly and efficiently.

• Client-Agency Liaison:

  Act as the primary bridge between assigned clients and the agency's head, as well as various project teams (e.g., creative, technology, digital campaign delivery), facilitating clear and effective communication.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including creative, technology, and digital campaign delivery, to develop strategies and ensure their successful implementation.

• Integrated Marketing Plan Development:

  Develop comprehensive

  integrated marketing plans

  that are tailored precisely to the client's brief and objectives.

• Client Engagement & Reporting:

  Lead client meetings, interpret client briefs, conduct regular reviews, and provide clear, concise reporting on campaign progress and performance.

• Ability to coordinate projects and campaigns from inception to implementation.

• Skills in developing integrated marketing plans based on client briefs.
