Client Servicing Executive

We 3 Cheers Ad! is an ad agency based in Malad looking for a Junior Client Servicing who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Client Servicing will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and duties

· Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and campaigns.

· Coordinate with internal team for delivery of work.

· Bridging gap between team and client.

· Taking proper briefs and focusing on completion with coordination with the team.

· Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

· Offer advice to clients on services and products.

· Participate in marketing campaigns.

· Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
