Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Director to join our Mainline Agency. This leadership role demands a professional with a proven track record in managing multiple product categories and fostering strong client relationships. You will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional work delivery, achieving business targets, driving commercial success through diligent billing and collections, and promoting the agency's value to reinforce client confidence and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Delivery & Stakeholder Management:

    Take full responsibility for the timely and high-quality delivery of work, ensuring seamless coordination and effective

    stakeholder management

    internally across various departments.
  • Commercial Management:

    Ensure excellent

    commercial management

    of all businesses handled. This includes actively working towards the achievement of business targets and overseeing accurate and timely billing and collections to maintain financial health and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Building:

    Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships at the appropriate levels on the client side, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Agency Promotion & Growth:

    Proactively promote the Agency's capabilities and achievements to clients to reinforce their confidence and strategically grow the business through expanded partnerships and new opportunities.
  • Industry Recognition:

    Drive efforts to achieve regular

    recognition of the agency's work

    from both existing clients and the broader industry, enhancing our reputation and visibility.
  • Creative Excellence:

    Actively participate in the development of

    creative work

    that meets high standards of excellence and is worthy of submission at industry awards.
  • New Business Development:

    Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) on

    new business

    initiatives, contributing strategic insights and client servicing expertise to secure new accounts.

Required Skills:

  • Proven relevant experience with exposure to multiple product categories.
  • Strong ability to manage work delivery and handle internal stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in ensuring excellent commercial management, including achieving business targets and managing accurate billing and collections.
  • Skills in building strong relationships at various levels on the client side.
  • Adept at promoting the Agency to clients to reinforce confidence and grow the business.
  • Ability to achieve regular recognition for the agency's work from clients and the industry.
  • Active participation in the development of creative work suitable for award submissions.
  • Experience in working with an EVP on new business initiatives.
