Client Servicing and Influencer Relations Lead

As a Client Servicing Manager at our company, your role will be essential in managing and nurturing relationships with both influencers and brands. Your strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, along with excellent organizational skills and proven experience in team management, will be crucial for success in this position. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and influencers, understanding client needs to deliver customized influencer marketing solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations, monitoring campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients, and optimizing strategies as needed. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, as well as leading and overseeing a team of executives/coordinators to ensure seamless campaign execution and client servicing. Providing guidance, training, and support to the team to enhance productivity and performance will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within influencer marketing. A strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies is essential, along with prior experience in team management and leadership roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
