As an ideal candidate for this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in business by generating ideas and creating presentations for events - Understanding client briefs and representing the company to clients - Managing events and activities from start to finish with the production team - Providing service to clients and building and maintaining relationships for repeat business - Identifying, innovating, and implementing business ideas to enhance service delivery and improve client retention - Coordinating with internal departments such as Business Development, Creative, and Operations teams before, during, and after events for optimal options and costing - Being present on-site during events to ensure their smooth execution - Managing post-event deliverables and preparing reports - Soliciting client feedback and addressing any issues Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate events industry - Minimum 4 years of experience in client servicing - Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint This position is full-time and permanent, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and requires in-person work at event locations.,
