As an event manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include: - Making ideation and presentations for events, ensuring that they align with the client's brief and expectations. - Managing events and activities from start to finish in collaboration with the production team. - Servicing clients and building strong relationships to encourage repeat business. - Identifying, innovating, and implementing business ideas to enhance service delivery and increase client retention rates. - Coordinating with internal departments such as Business Development, Creative, and Operations teams before, during, and after events to optimize options and costs. - Being present on-site during events to oversee and ensure their seamless execution. - Handling post-event activities, including deliverables and reports. - Gathering client feedback and addressing any issues that may arise. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have at least 4 years of experience in corporate events and client servicing. Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint will be beneficial for this role. The job is full-time and permanent, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, requiring in-person work.,
