Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Client Communication Manager with a background in event management or advertising agencies. This role demands a confident communicator who can manage corporate clients, present creative pitches, and drive project success from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Futuera and its corporate clients.
• Understand client needs, develop briefs, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of events and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales and pitch presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), including innovative marketing ideas and branding strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the design, production, and event teams to ensure client vision is brought to life.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular updates, follow-ups, and service excellence.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for events ,creative campaigns, and brand activations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role in event management, advertising, or brand activation.
• Strong proficiency in presentation design (PowerPoint) and conceptual marketing thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
• Highly presentable, confident, and capable of engaging with CXO-level clients.
• Creative thinker with the ability to pitch innovative ideas tailored to client needs.
