Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Executives are responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and handle customers' needs.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements on time.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Coordinate with the client and the internal department on call or by mail, and resolve queries.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Follow up with the client regarding payment.
