Client Service Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client goals, brand voice, and marketing objectives.
• Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
• Project Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative, strategy, media, digital, and production to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and share creative briefs, project timelines, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Campaign Management
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising and marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, etc.).
• Ensure campaigns align with the client’s brand and marketing goals.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports.
• Financial Management
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and client billing.
• Ensure timely approvals and payments.
• Track budgets to maintain profitability.
• Strategy & Insights
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign strategy discussions.
• Gather and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to support recommendations.
