Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Handle client queries via email, phone, and in-person professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements on time
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare reports, client updates, and maintain documentation
  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalate when needed
  • Assist with follow-ups, onboarding, and support processes

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, or customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Only candidates currently based in Surat will be considered. Applications from outside Surat will not be accepted.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
