Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Address client needs, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage client accounts, ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with internal teams, and handle project deliverables.
  • Gather client feedback through surveys and other methods to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree with relevant experience is preferred.
