Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills who are eager to start their career in the Healthcare AR (Accounts Receivable) Billing process. This role offers structured training, hands-on exposure, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on AR calling / medical billing processes for US healthcare clients.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze claim rejections and follow up for resolution.
• Ensure timely updates and maintain accuracy in records.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
