We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and good email etiquette. Freshers are most welcome!

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Explain company services and offerings clearly and effectively.
Maintain and update client databases in MS Office tools.
Draft professional emails following proper etiquette.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Understand and adapt quickly to the company’s services, work processes, and objectives.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of email drafting and etiquette.
Ability to adapt, understand quickly, and grasp new concepts fast.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
