Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of client service delivery managers to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  
• Manage onboarding of private universities and colleges, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of services.
  
• Analyze campaign data, optimize performance (Cost/Lead, Cost/Conversion), and leverage analytics tools.
  
• Develop and execute upselling/cross-selling strategies to increase client revenue.
  
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and digital platforms like Google Analytics; provide insights for improvement.
  
• Build strong client relationships via regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  
• Ensure timely contract renewals and develop strategies to improve retention.
  
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for account growth strategies.
  
• Create high-quality digital campaign briefs outlining objectives, market gaps, and strategic direction.
  
• Manage CRM systems and support lead generation and online brand development.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  
• 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM handling, campaign management, and client servicing.
  
• Prior experience in EdTech, marketing agencies, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven experience in account management or customer success.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple client portfolios.
  
• Understanding of the private education sector and its challenges.
