Client Service Associate

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to manage client communication, handle inbound calls and resolve escalations. As a Client Service Associate you will be bridging the gap between legal team and our clients.

Your day-to-day will involve

• Ensuring timely updates are provided to the clients on the status of the initiated cases.
• Addressing and resolving any concerns, queries or challenges faced by our clients and legal team regarding ongoing Maharashtra cases.
• Handling escalations calmly and professionally.
• Managing inbound calls from clients with a proactive approach.
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Following up with clients over email and phone call to secure necessary documents required for processing of cases.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Has good command of spoken Marathi or Hindi (proficiency in at least one is mandatory).
• Has the ability to draft and respond to emails in a concise and clear manner.
• Has the ability to handle client concerns and queries efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Has prior experience in customer service, client coordination, or similar roles.
• Loves working with software tools and MS Excel.
